At Mevaldi, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where you may need to return a product. This policy outlines the conditions and process for returns in a clear and fair manner.
1. REPORTING AN ISSUE

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

For general dissatisfaction (size, preference, etc.), return requests must be raised within 7 days from delivery.
Requests made after the specified timeframe may not be accepted.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return:

Product must be unused and in original condition

All tags and packaging must be intact

A valid reason for return must be provided

Supporting images of the product are required
Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the request.
3. RETURN PROCESS

Submit a return request via our website or contact support

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup

Our courier partner will attempt pickup up to two times
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you will need to ship the product back at your own expense.
After receiving the product, it will undergo a quality inspection. Based on the inspection, your return will be processed.
4. RETURN CHARGES
A standard return handling fee of ₹200 will be deducted from the issued store credit.
No charges will apply if:

Wrong product was delivered

Product was received damaged
5. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT
For missing, damaged, or incorrect items, an unboxing video is mandatory clearly showing the issue. Without this, the return request may not be processed.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return:

Products purchased during sale or special offers (unless defective or incorrect)

Used, worn, or customer-damaged products
7. NO EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY

We do not offer direct exchanges or monetary refunds

To replace a product, return the item and place a new order separately
8. STORE CREDIT (COUPON)
Once your return is approved:

Store credit will be issued within 48 hours

Shared via registered email or WhatsApp

Valid for 1 year from issue date

Can be used once per transaction

Cannot be combined with other discount codes
Return charges, shipping fees, and COD charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final credit amount.
9. ADDRESS CHANGE
Once a return request is confirmed, the pickup address cannot be modified.
