TERMS OF SALE, RETURNS & REFUNDS 

1. GENERAL UNDERSTANDING

These terms govern the relationship between Mevaldi (“Seller”, “we”, “our”) and the customer (“Buyer”, “you”). By placing an order on www.mevaldi.in, you agree to these terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

2. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • Product prices are exclusive of delivery charges unless stated otherwise

  • Final payable amount is displayed at checkout

  • Payments can be made via UPI, net banking, wallets, or cards

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary

  • Delays due to external or operational factors are not grounds for cancellation or compensation

Once dispatched, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the logistics provider. However, we assist in resolving such issues.

4. RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery (subject to approval)

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

Requests outside the return window may not be accepted.

5. REFUND CONDITIONS

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Incorrect product was delivered

  • Product is damaged or defective

After inspection:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (prepaid orders)

  • Or via bank transfer within 2–3 business days

Refunds may be declined if the returned product does not meet conditions.

6. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded unless received damaged or incorrect.

7. REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • Replacement is offered only if the same product is available

  • No additional cost for eligible replacements

Replacement may be approved if:

  • Product is damaged

  • Product is defective

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing components

If unavailable, a refund (if applicable) will be issued.

8. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Pickup service may be available

  • Otherwise, customers must self-ship the product

A nominal return fee may apply unless the issue is due to our error.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mevaldi’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport issues, or government actions.

11. GOVERNING LAW

All transactions are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts where Mevaldi operates.
